Psychological Services
We offer psychological assessments and counselling with our Registered Psychologist in a safe, supportive environment. Our assessments provide valuable insights into your mental health, helping to identify challenges and strengths. This information guides us in creating personalized strategies to support your well-being.
Alternative Healing
The use of non-mainstream practices in place of conventional medicine or treatment. Our bodies and our minds process life events and stressors differently than anyone else around us, resulting in different ailments, such as pain, discomfort or just causing our bodies to be out of balance.

Lighthouse Wellness Centre is a woman-led centre, that offers a range of quality, effective, empathetic counselling and wellness services. Our team is here to help children, adolescents, adults and families work towards rebuilding their strengths, overcome challenges, improving communication, functioning in all areas of your life and all mental health concerns and diagnosis.
